8th Annual Trees of Hope WI Kicked off the Holidays to Help KICK Cancer

Saturday Nov 17th was a most magical day. The Radisson Hotel Milwaukee West was our host again this year. Santa arrived to greet the guests for the popular Santa Breakfast. Mr Pickles (Michael Drake) entertained everyone with his wonderful music.
Everyone enjoyed the Winter Wonderland of Themed Christmas trees and more ! Elf on the Shelf, The Grinch, Minions, Beer Lovers, Sports, Angels...
Over $40,000 was raised to support blood cancer research.
Incredible stories of survival and details of new treatments and research were shared at the Dinner/Gala. Lindsay's Voice presented a check to Children's Hospital of Wi for $10,000 to help support the Car-T Cell Immunotherapy trials.

For the last 2 years, Lindsay's Voice/ Trees of Hope WI has distributed funds to advance clinical trials and research for advancing treatments of Leukemia, Lymphoma ( blood cancers). Dr Monica Thakar, at Children's Hospital of WI is heading a study of NK (Natural Killer) cell Immunotherapy. Lives ARE being saved through these advancements and she has shared great news of how this study is expanding.

Guests were invited to test drive the new Lincoln MKC, and for each test drive $50 was donated by Uptown and Lincoln Motors. Money that is directly used to support local blood cancer patients.
