                                                 A Festival of Trees to Usher in the Holidays  
                                                      

GOAL:    To raise funds to support local patient services and research for Leukemia, Lymphomas and  
                  other Blood cancers.

DATE:     Fri-Sun Nov 22-24, 2013                Friday- 9am-9pm    Decorating Day
                 Saturday- 9am-10pm -  Pictures with Santa, face-painting, music, entertainment-Silent Auction
    Sat evening – Opening night Gala/Dinner/Music Opportunity to sponsor a table or evening events
                Sun 9am-Noon  Pickup of Auction items, trees, etc.
GOAL ATTENDANCE   500+    Promotion of Event to encourage attendees from entire SE Wisconsin area

ENTERTAINMENT :  Local talent and groups invited to perform during the day – opportunities for musicians, choirs, etc. Contact Chairperson for scheduling
 
TREE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY (36) showcase your company, group or honor a special person by sponsoring and decorating an artificial Christmas Tree.  Sizes from tabletop to 7 ft.  Trees will be displayed during our event. Trees will be available for bid during the event and given to winning bidder fully decorated. Accompany your tree with a gift certificate or other items to enhance your tree’s value. Tree sponsors may choose whom they wish to have decorate their tree. We have Decorators with trees that are looking for sponsors.

WREATHS, FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS, GIFT BASKET OPPORTUNITY – wreaths, gift baskets, and other holiday décor needed for bid. We also have some Wall Trees that can be sponsored and decorated.

 SILENT AUCTION ITEMS NEEDED    Gift certificates, hotel, dining, trips, airline tkts, sports pkgs, or ???

SANTA CLAUS,    Saturday Nov 23rd.  Chance for people to have photo with Santa, face-painting or “temporary tattoos”.   Something for families to do. Numerous Opportunities Available. Contact Chairperson.

PHOTOGRAPHERS   Looking for photographers to take pictures with Santa (with ability to print on-site)

PROGRAM BOOKLETS, PRINTING OPPORTUNITY   Looking for a printer to prepare our event programs and sponsor signs that will accompany each tree and auction item.

FOOD,BEVERAGE, ACTIVITY  SPONSORSHIP-   Sat Nov 23- Opening night gala.   Opportunity to sponsor the food/beverages , Activities on Sat & Sun.  Contact Trees of Hope WI chairperson for details.
